A collection of the all-too-scarce resources that are geared toward our AuDHD brains.

Business and Strategy Support

Learn how others have succeeded in building AuDHD-friendly businesses.

Claire Paniccia's Everything Page - My favorite chaos gremlin! Claire specifically addresses some of the unique needs of AuDHD brains tackling entrepreneurship, and she has some great freebies!

Lizzy Goddard's Everything Page - Okay, so Lizzy doesn't cop to being any type of neurodivergent, but her style has worked for me on many occasions, so I'm including her here. Also? She has openly spoken about the challenges of building businesses while being a spoonie, which a lot of us ND folks wind up being for one reason or another (I was for many years, and still am, to an extent).

Neurodiversity Hub - A bit dry and geared primarily toward ADHD, but good if you're just starting out, lean toward the ADHD side of AuDHD, and maybe don't know what you want to do with your amazing brain, this site might help!

Mindset and Lived Experience

Real talk from brains like ours! These normalize AuDHD entrepreneurship and late diagnosis.

I Am Paying Attention's Non-Negotiables - The things one AuDHD business owner finds absolutely necessary.

My FIVE Top Strategies For Autistic ADHD Entrepreneurs - Talks about the lessons learned along the path to entrepreneurship. I especially like the "Boundaries for the Win" section!

ADHD, Dyslexia and Me - A different take on the helps and hindrances posed by neurodivergence.

Building for Our Younger Selves - Inspirational tale of how one entrepreneur took their childhood experiences and used them to make life better for future generations.

General ND Content Creators

More real talk! These are some creators who helped me realize that yeah, my brain really wasn't as "normal" as I thought it was...and that it was okay. They also offer plenty of general coping strategies.

Welcome to AuDHD - Man, I wish I'd had this book when I was younger! I felt very seen when listening to it (I'm an audiobook fiend, but it's available in all formats), but it really made me wish that diagnosis had been possible when I was a kid, or at least a young adult.

Auticate - Chris was late diagnosed as being autistic in addition to having ADHD, and shares how to make lifestyle adjustments to better support an AuDHD brain.

Mom on the Spectrum - I love the way Taylor avoids jump cuts and lets the camera keep rolling to let her authentic experience shine through. Someday I'd like to create a channel that emulates this unfiltered experience!

Dr. Kojo Sarfo - I admit, I watch his reels mostly for entertainment value, because this guy absolutely hits the nail on the head when it comes to the two clashing "halves" (Autistic & ADHD) of my brain! However, in addition to being hilariously accurate, he's also created some useful tools.
